  • 50mm Rock wool on all four side walls of Adblue/DEF tank for thermal protection.
  • CSC Certified as 40Ft High cube ISO shipping container with corner locking castings.
  • Constructed to Australian Standards AS1692-2006, AS1940-2004 and AS1657.
  • 2 x 2'' Air breather for venting of diesel tank and Adblue/DEF tank.
  • 2'' Emergency diesel bund vent.
  • Recessed corners to allow under tank visibility for periodical inspection maintenance without the need of lifting the tank and decreased chance of corrosion due to underside clearance of tank.
  • 2 x Inspection points with lids and integrated ladders down into internal diesel tank.
  • 1 x Inspection point with lid and integrated ladder down into internal Adblue/DEF tank.
  • Spill pan with hinged lockable lid and dip points for diesel tank.

  • 50mm (2'') Tanker bottom fill point with stainless steel pipe work, full bore 50mm ANSI 150 flanged stainless steel ball valve, 50mm ANSI 150 stainless steel flanges, 50mm wafer style non-return stainless steel valve for Adblue/DEF tank.
  • 80mm (3'') Overfill prevention valve for diesel.
  • 50mm (2'') Overfill prevention valve for Adblue/DEF.
  • Audible/visual overfill alarm for diesel tank - for use in non-hazardous area.
  • Audible/visual overfill alarm for Adblue/DEF tank - for use in non-hazardous area.


Fuel Discharge/Pump Suction
  • 80mm (3'') Diesel tank discharge line with foot valve, 3'' internal/external pipe work and ANSI 150 flanges terminating inside pump bay.
  • 50mm (2'') Adblue/DEF tank discharge line with stainless steel foot valve, stainless steel internal/external pipe work and ANSI 150 flanges terminating inside pump bay.
