1% Tank gauge kit with high and low audible alarm

Tank Gauge and Alarm unit.
This Gauge provides a continuous reading of level input from the tank sensor, and allows the owner to set up the Gauge to read Litres based on the tank shape. Proven Technology.
Installation 20 to 30 minutes
A Unique Tank fitting is provided to fit into a 1” Socket or a 30 mm bored hole, providing an IP65 seal. The tank sensor comes with 6 meters cable. (Can be extended by user) The display can be mounted up to 50 meters from the tank.
Setting the Gauge
The gauge is settable from the front panel
The sensor and Tank shapes are set from up / down and selection buttons. This set-up is disabled when completed.
Operation
There are 3 button options. Left Button is used in Calibration set-up mode only. Any Button turns on the backlight for 1 hour.
Centre button tests and acknowledges the High Alarm Right hand button shows Ullage and Capacity
Power requirements/ Options
The Unit operates from 100 to 240 vac power supply.
Optional 15 to 24 VDC @ 80 mA connection
Enclosure
IP65 Fully weatherproof for outdoor use.
Cable connections
Weatherproof cable glands are provided for power supply and tank sensor input. Screw down & plug in Terminal strips are provided within the gauge
Inputs
One Tank Level Sensor input, either 0.5 to 4.5 volt 3 wire or 2 wire 4 - 20 mA sensor input.
One Normally Closed (NC) contact is provided for use with
either a Bund Alarm Switch or a Low Level Switch.
Outputs
One 4 - 20 mA output proportional to tank contents.
This is 4.0 mA = 0 Litres and 20 mA = Max tank capacity
(This is either active or passive and suitable for BMS).
One (1) Control output providing dc supply voltage output which can be used for a siren or Beacon or both Alarm Functions. This is a settable value eg 95% = trigger setpoint,
e.g. High Level Local alarm with acknowledge circuit.
This alarm also operates from Bund or Low signal.

Optional 24vdc relay providing Volt Free contact.
